How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days approximately (Mon-Fri), orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched same day. Please note, during busy periods, especially sale and Christmas time, delivery may take between 5-10 days, however we do aim to get your order out the door as quickly as we can.

Delivery Exceptions

Our couriers are only human and on some rare occasions parcels may go missing, if for any reason you have not received your parcel within 7 days of ordering, please call us on 0115 9301 672 and allow us 2-3 working days for us to carry out the investigation.

What are my delivery options?

You can specify a different delivery address from your billing address if it is your place of work. Just fill in your work address details at the checkout when prompted.

Can I track my order?

You will be sent an email to confirm that we have despatched your order. On this confirmation, we will include a MyHermes/DPD Local tracking code, depending on which Shipping method you chose. You can enter the tracking reference on each website to monitor its progress. If for some reason your shipping confirmation does not include a tracking reference please call our customer services on 0115 9301 672 with your order number and they will update you on the status of your order.


We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with when you return it to us within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned their original condition, ie, in original packaging, with all original brand tags still attached.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs.

Please note, all payments and refunds are in GBP and Eighty Eight Store cannot take responsibility for currency exchange rate changes. 

Returns by Post

If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs, unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured service as we cannot be held liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please be aware that it can take as long as five working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges on orders, therefore any unwanted item(s) will need to be returned for a refund and a new order placed for the replacement item(s).

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our Returns policy.

We ship Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.


We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Please be aware that your parcel can be also delayed by customs and subsequent charges can be applied. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
